Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kale, (kale), leafless and without stems
  • 1 italian lettuce, leafless and small pieces
  • 2 cups chicken, shredding
  • 1 red apple, without shell, cubed
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • 1 cup quinoa, white, cooked
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann'S® real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon cube

Preparation

Place the kale in a bowl and crush lightly with your hands (to soften it a little).
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until perfectly incorporated.
Serve at room temperature.

TIPS

You can use roast chicken and cut into small cubes.
