Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 piece of kale (kale), leafless and without stems
  • 1 piece of Italian lettuce leafless and small pieces
  • 2 cups of chicken shredding
  • 1 piece of Red Apple without shell, cubed
  • 1/2 Cup of blueberry
  • 1 Cup of quinoa white, cooked
  • 4 spoonfuls of Real Mayonnaise Hellmann's®
  • 1 teaspoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth

    Preparation

    Place the kale in a bowl and crush lightly with your hands (to soften it a little).
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until perfectly incorporated.
    Serve at room temperature.
