4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 cups fresh cilantro
1 potato, cooked, cut into cubes
1 serrano chile, finely chopped

Preparation

Blend the mayonnaise, lime juice, and cilantro.
Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh to dice it.
Mix the avocado cubes, chicken, potato, chili, and the mayonnaise mixture.
For presentation, fill the halves with the mixture.
