A different and healthy way to present a simple salad of chicken and vegetables.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander
  • 1 potato, cooked, cut into cubes
  • 1 green chile, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and cilantro.
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pulp to cut it into cubes.
Mix the cubes of avocado, chicken, potatoes, chili and mayonnaise mixture.
For presentation, you have to fill the halves with the mixture.
