4 cups chicken, shredded or cubed (previously cooked)
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1 cup celery, sliced
2 tablespoons shallot, finely chopped
2 cups green grapes, seedless halved
3/4 cups low-fat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper

Mix the mayonnaise with the vinegar, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the salt if necessary.
Combine the chicken, walnuts, grapes, shallots, and celery.
Add the mayonnaise dressing and stir.
