Chicken Salad with Guacamole

The chicken breast is an important source of protein and rich in vitamin B3 beneficial to the circulatory system, so we created this delicious salad full of color that will give you the energy for your day, accompanied by a delicious guacamole that you will surely love.

  • Nutrioli Spray®
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, skinless and diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cuaresmeño chile
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into squares
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • salt and pepper

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • In a pan over medium heat, sprinkle a shot of Nutrioli® Spray, cook the chicken cubes, for 5 minutes, remove from the pan.
  • In the same pan, cook the garlic, carrots and pepper, season with salt, pepper and cumin, cook for 5 minutes. Reservation.
  • Blend avocado, chili and lemon juice for 3 minutes.
  • Pour into a bowl add the onion and mix.
  • Place a layer of chopped spinach in a salad bowl, one of cooked vegetables, one of chicken, one of cucumber, another of cilantro, one of tomato until finishing with the avocado.
  • Serve and enjoy.
