The chicken breast is an important source of protein and rich in vitamin B3 beneficial to the circulatory system, so we created this delicious salad full of color that will give you the energy for your day, accompanied by a delicious guacamole that you will surely love.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • enough of Nutrioli Spray®
  • 1/2 piece of chicken breast skinless and diced
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of carrot peeled and sliced
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cumin powder
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1 piece of cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 pieces of tomato cut into squares
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece of cucumber diced
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of spinach chopped
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
    In a pan over medium heat, sprinkle a shot of Nutrioli® Spray, cook the chicken cubes, for 5 minutes, remove from the pan.
    In the same pan, cook the garlic, carrots and pepper, season with salt, pepper and cumin, cook for 5 minutes. Reservation.
    Blend avocado, chili and lemon juice for 3 minutes.
    Pour into a bowl add the onion and mix.
    Place a layer of chopped spinach in a salad bowl, one of cooked vegetables, one of chicken, one of cucumber, another of cilantro, one of tomato until finishing with the avocado.
    Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    On a salad bowl, accompanied by a jug of iced tea.

    TIPS

    You can substitute cuaresmeño chile for Serrano chile.
