1 chicken breast, flattened
table salt
black pepper
cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
canola oil
balsamic vinegar
lime juice
2 red beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
6 slices panela cheese, of 2 cm. approximately
3 Avocados from México, mature but firm
basil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
black pepper powder
chives, chopped
1 tablespoon mustard
paprika
green onion
Preparation

Pepper the chicken with the two peppers.
Add chopped chives.
Cook with a little oil and cut into cubes.
Mix mayonnaise, milk, chives, basil, mustard, paprika, onion and seasonings in a bowl; there must be a pasty mixture.
Stir with the cooked breast.
Slice the avocados into circles without the bone, like the sliced tomatoes and the cheese of equal size.
Place a tomato base, then avocado, cheese, chicken and repeat the process to obtain a tower.
Bathe with oil, vinegar, pepper and decorate with basil.
