Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 chicken breast, flattened
  • to taste table salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste Red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • enough canola oil
  • to taste balsamic vinegar
  • to taste green lemon juice
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 slices panela cheese, of 2 cm. approximately
  • 3 Avocado from Mexico, mature but firm
  • to taste basil leaf
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • to taste ground pepper
  • to taste chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • to taste paprika
  • to taste green onion

Preparation

Pepper the chicken with the two peppers.
Add chopped chives.
Cook with a little oil and cut into cubes.
Mix mayonnaise, milk, chives, basil, mustard, paprika, onion and seasonings in a bowl; there must be a pasty mixture.
Stir with the cooked breast.
Slice the avocados into circles without the bone, like the sliced ​​tomatoes and the cheese of equal size.
Place a tomato base, then avocado, cheese, chicken and repeat the process to obtain a tower.
Bathe with oil, vinegar, pepper and decorate with basil.
