This recipe is a delicious salad of avocado, panela and chicken which you can always enjoy in family meals, whether small or large. You will surprise everyone with the flavor and creativity of your dish.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 chicken breast flattened
  • to taste of table salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • to taste of Red pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of scallion chopped
  • enough of canola oil
  • to taste of balsamic vinegar
  • to taste of green lemon juice
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes sliced
  • 6 slices of Panela cheese of 2 cm. approximately
  • 3 avocados mature but firm
  • to taste of basil leaf
  • 3 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • to taste of ground pepper
  • to taste of scallion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • to taste of paprika
  • to taste of green onion

    Preparation

    Pepper the chicken with the two peppers.
    Add chopped chives.
    Cook with a little oil and cut into cubes.
    Mix mayonnaise, milk, chives, basil, mustard, paprika, onion and seasonings in a bowl; there must be a pasty mixture.
    Stir with the cooked breast.
    Slice the avocados into circles without the bone, like the sliced ​​tomatoes and the cheese of equal size.
    Place a tomato base, then avocado, cheese, chicken and repeat the process to obtain a tower.
    Bathe with oil, vinegar, pepper and decorate with basil.
