Cut the top off each apple with a knife and remove the filling from the apples, leaving a thick layer to fill with the chicken salad.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, nuts, and onion.
In another bowl, mix the olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Chicken Broth, lemon juice, parsley, mustard, mayonnaise, pepper, and yogurt. Combine the dressing with the chicken and fill the apples with the chicken salad.
Sprinkle a bit of chopped nuts for decoration.
