Chicken salad on a bed of lettuce

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons whipping cream, or sour
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, large
  • 1 can pickled chiles
  • lettuce, (optional and any type)
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Bring water with salt and a splash of oil to a boil in a pot.
  • Once the water reaches a boiling point, boil the chicken.
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, drain the water, cool it down, and shred it.
  • With the shredded chicken, add mayonnaise, cream, the can of vegetables, and a splash (to taste) of the vinegar from the can of pickled peppers.
  • Season to taste.
  • Wash the lettuce that will accompany the chicken salad, place it on a plate, and it's ready.
