Bring water with salt and a splash of oil to a boil in a pot. Once the water reaches a boiling point, boil the chicken. Once the chicken is fully cooked, drain the water, cool it down, and shred it. With the shredded chicken, add mayonnaise, cream, the can of vegetables, and a splash (to taste) of the vinegar from the can of pickled peppers. Season to taste. Wash the lettuce that will accompany the chicken salad, place it on a plate, and it's ready.
