1 rod celery
2 carrots
1 potato
2 chicken drumsticks, long
2 Jalapeño chiles, or to taste

Boil the chicken with salt, the potato, and the carrot.
Shred the chicken and add pepper.
Chop the lettuce and onion finely. The potatoes, carrots, and celery are cut into small cubes.
Mix the lettuce, onion, potatoes, carrots, celery, and peas with the chicken, adding mayonnaise and jalapeños to taste.
You can add a few drops of lemon to taste.
