Chicken Salad with Mayonnaise and Jalapeños

Classic chicken salad with cooked vegetables in a mayonnaise sauce with jalapeños.

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, to taste
  • 1/4 lettuce
  • 1 rod celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 2 chicken drumsticks, long
  • 2 Jalapeño chiles, or to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt, to taste

  • Boil the chicken with salt, the potato, and the carrot.
  • Shred the chicken and add pepper.
  • Chop the lettuce and onion finely. The potatoes, carrots, and celery are cut into small cubes.
  • Mix the lettuce, onion, potatoes, carrots, celery, and peas with the chicken, adding mayonnaise and jalapeños to taste.
  • You can add a few drops of lemon to taste.
