Classic chicken salad with vegetables cooked in a mayonnaise sauce with jalapeno peppers.

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, to taste
  • 1/4 lettuce
  • 1 rod celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 2 chicken drumsticks, long
  • 2 Jalapeño chiles, or to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt, to taste

  • The chicken is cooked with salt, the potato and the carrot.
  • The chicken is shredded and pepper is added.
  • Finely chop the lettuce and onion. Potatoes, carrots and celery are cut into small cubes.
  • The lettuce, onion, potatoes, carrots, celery and peas are stirred with the chicken, adding mayonnaise and jalapeño peppers to taste.
  • You can put a few drops of lemon to taste.
