Preparation
Cook the chicken with salt, potatoes and carrots.
The chicken is crumbled and pepper is added.
Lettuce and onion are finely chopped. Potatoes, carrots and celery are cut into small cubes.
Stir the lettuce, onion, potatoes, carrots, celery and peas with the chicken, adding mayonnaise and jalapeño peppers to taste.
You can put a few drops of lemon to taste.
