Classic chicken salad with vegetables cooked in a mayonnaise sauce with jalapeno peppers.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can pea
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, to taste
  • 1/4 lettuce
  • 1 rod celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 2 chicken legs, long
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, or to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

The chicken is cooked with salt, the potato and the carrot.
The chicken is shredded and pepper is added.
Finely chop the lettuce and onion. Potatoes, carrots and celery are cut into small cubes.
The lettuce, onion, potatoes, carrots, celery and peas are stirred with the chicken, adding mayonnaise and jalapeño peppers to taste.
You can put a few drops of lemon to taste.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany with toast or crackers. My son loves this salad with creme brulee biscuits.

TIPS

You can use chicken breast if you want to make your recipe more light.
