1/4 cups olive oil, (for the vinaigrette)
2 tablespoons white vinegar, (for the vinaigrette)
1 teaspoon rosemary, (for the vinaigrette)
1 pinch salt, (for the vinaigrette)
1 pinch pepper, (for the vinaigrette)
1/2 cups chicken breast, in cubes
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cups broccoli, cooked
1/4 cups cherry tomato, in halves
2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
1 cup spinach, chopped

For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients directly in a glass jar with a lid. Set aside.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry it in a pan with oil over medium heat. Set aside.
Layer the broccoli in the jar, followed by the chicken, tomatoes, pistachios, and finish with the spinach. Close and refrigerate.
