Ingredients: 1/4 cups olive oil, (for the vinaigrette); 2 tablespoons white vinegar, (for the vinaigrette); 1 teaspoon rosemary, (for the vinaigrette); 1 pinch salt, (for the vinaigrette); 1 pinch pepper, (for the vinaigrette); 1/2 cups chicken breast, in cubes; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 1/4 cups broccoli, cooked; 1/4 cups cherry tomato, in halves; 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped; 1 cup spinach, chopped
