Garden Salad

  • 1/2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 onions, in thin strips
  • 20 grams alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 cups ear corn
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • croutons
  • dressing, of your preference

  • Cut the 1/2 chicken breast, cubed approximately 2 cm. Melt the butter in the pan and pour the chicken cubes, season with the salt with garlic and pepper, since the chicken is cooked, end up sprinkling some Parmesan cheese to give flavor and texture.
  • Disinfect the lettuce, cut into small strips. Slice the tomato and grate the carrot, also finely chop the 1/4 onion.
  • Stir in a bowl, the lettuce disinfected, the tomato, the carrot, the onion, add the fist of alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 can of corn (no water) and a full can of mushrooms (no water).
  • At the end place the chicken cubes up. Serve and decorate with the croutons, you can add the dressing of your choice, I chose this time ranch type.
