Fresh and healthy, it is a quick preparation recipe that will leave us satisfied with a very healthy dish. Prepare this delicious garden salad and share it with your family.
Cut the 1/2 chicken breast into cubes approximately 2 cm. Melt the butter in the skillet and add the chicken cubes, season with garlic salt and pepper; once the chicken is cooked, finish by sprinkling a little parmesan cheese for flavor and texture.
Disinfect the lettuce, cut into small strips. Slice the tomato and grate the carrot, and also finely chop the 1/4 onion.
Mix in a bowl the disinfected lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion, add a handful of alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 can of corn (drained) and a whole can of mushrooms (drained).
At the end, place the chicken cubes on top. Serve and garnish with croutons; you can add the dressing of your choice, I chose ranch this time.
