1 cup pasta , small cooked
1 cup cauliflower
2 tomatoes, large and chopped
1 green bell pepper, large, chopped
1/2 cups cheese, mix of five Italian cheeses
1/2 cups Italian dressing
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded

On 4 salad plates, place 1-1/2 cups of lettuce on each.
Combine the chicken, pasta, cauliflower, tomatoes, peppers, and crumbled cheese in a large bowl. Add the dressing; toss lightly. Use a spoon to place equal amounts of the mixture over the lettuce.
Sprinkle the salad with parmesan cheese.
