Italian Chopped Salad

This Italian-style chopped salad can be served as a main dish, yielding 1-1 / 2 cups of the 2-1 / 2 cups of vegetables recommended daily.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of boneless chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 1 Cup of pasta cooked small size
  • 1 Cup of cauliflower
  • 2 tomatoes big and chopped
  • 1 green pepper big, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of cheese mixture of five Italian cheeses
  • 1/2 Cup of Italian dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of Parmesan grated

    Preparation
