1/2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pumpkin, washed and disinfected
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 cup watercress
1 peach, washed and disinfected, sliced
2/3 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
1/4 cups balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette
1 pinch pepper, for the vinaigrette
1 pinch salt, for the vinaigrette

Season the strips of chicken with salt and pepper, and fry in a skillet over medium heat with oil. Set aside.
Using a peeler, make strips of zucchini. Cook in the same skillet as the chicken until soft and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Place a bed of watercress on a plate, with the chicken, zucchini, and peach slices.
For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients until well combined and serve over the salad, enjoy.
