Chicken, Squash, and Watercress Salad

This delicious salad is ideal for moms who have babies aged 0 to 6 months, as they pass on nutrients through breast milk that benefit the skin and reduce neonatal acne.

  • 1/2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pumpkin, washed and disinfected
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 peach, washed and disinfected, sliced
  • 2/3 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 pinch pepper, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 pinch salt, for the vinaigrette

  • Season the strips of chicken with salt and pepper, and fry in a skillet over medium heat with oil. Set aside.
  • Using a peeler, make strips of zucchini. Cook in the same skillet as the chicken until soft and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Place a bed of watercress on a plate, with the chicken, zucchini, and peach slices.
  • For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients until well combined and serve over the salad, enjoy.
