2 oranges, (peeled segments without seeds)
6 carrots, slice
1 red sangria lettuce

Chop the lettuce and place it in the salad bowl.
Add the sliced carrot and orange segments to the lettuce.
Chop the walnut and add it to the salad, and strip the rosemary to add it to the salad.
Sprinkle lemon juice, salt, and olive oil over the salad, mix all the ingredients, and serve.
