1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, LYNCOTT®
1/2 cups yogurt, natural unsweetened
1 carrot, coarsely grated
2 chives, chopped
1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped fresh
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 sprig fresh dill, for decoration
leaves lettuce, for decoration
6 radishes, (coarsely grated)

Drain the whey from the LYNCOTT® Cottage Cheese.
In a baking dish, mix the Cottage Cheese with the yogurt, grated carrot, grated radish, green onion, and dill.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
On a plate, arrange the lettuce and serve the cottage cheese and radish mixture on top.
