Cottage Cheese and Radish Salad

A delicious and simple salad, low in fat and rich in vitamin C and potassium!

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, LYNCOTT®
  • 1/2 cups yogurt, natural without sugar
  • 1 carrot, grated in thickness
  • 2 chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dill, fresh finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh dill, to decorate
  • leaves lettuce, to decorate
  • 6 radishes, (grated in thickness)

  • Drain the whey from the Cottage Cheese LYNCOTT®.
  • In a refractory mix Cottage Cheese with yogurt, grated carrot, grated radish, chives and dill.
  • Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes, to allow the flavors to integrate.
  • On a plate, arrange the lettuce and serve over the mixture of cottage cheese and radish.
