1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, LYNCOTT®
1/2 cups yogurt, natural without sugar
1 carrot, grated in thickness
2 chives, chopped
1 teaspoon dill, fresh finely chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 sprig fresh dill, to decorate
leaves lettuce, to decorate
6 radishes, (grated in thickness)

Drain the whey from the Cottage Cheese LYNCOTT®.
In a refractory mix Cottage Cheese with yogurt, grated carrot, grated radish, chives and dill.
Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes, to allow the flavors to integrate.
On a plate, arrange the lettuce and serve over the mixture of cottage cheese and radish.
