Preparation
Drain the whey from the Cottage Cheese LYNCOTT®.
In a refractory mix Cottage Cheese with yogurt, grated carrot, grated radish, chives and dill.
Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes, to allow the flavors to integrate.
On a plate, arrange the lettuce and serve over the mixture of cottage cheese and radish.
