Creamy Turkey Breast and Vegetable Salad Toasts

If you feel like having some very fresh toasts with ingredients you have on hand in your refrigerator, prepare these low-calorie and totally delicious toasts made with FUD® Cuida-t+ Turkey Breast and a mix of vegetables. Best of all, it takes just 20 minutes to prepare.

  • 1 package Virginia FUD® Cuida-t + turkey breast, 250g
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, cut into cubes, with skin
  • 1/2 cups yellow corn kernels
  • 1/2 cups peas, cooked
  • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups heart of palm, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chile flakes
  • 1/2 cups plain yogurt, sugar-free
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 8 tostadas
  • alfalfa sprouts, for serving
  • avocado, cut into wedges, for serving
  • chile flakes, for decoration

  • Using a knife, cut the FUD® Cuida-t+ Turkey Breast into approximately 1 x 1 cm cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix the FUD® Cuida-t+ Turkey Breast with cucumber, yellow corn, peas, celery, hearts of palm, cherry tomatoes, salt, white vinegar, lemon juice, chili flakes, yogurt, and pepper until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • On a toast, place some salad, decorate with sprouts, avocado, and chili flakes. Serve and enjoy.
