Deli Pear Salad

Fresh salad with fruits, pomegranate and walnut accents with a bittersweet touch.

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 900 grams pear
  • 1 gram pomegranate
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Defoliate the lettuce, leave. wash, disinfect and drain. It can be hydroponic, escarole, French, Italian or a mixture.
  • Peel the pomegranate shell and reserve the grains.
  • Cut the cheese in 6 or 4 parts of half a centimeter thick, with a damp knife to avoid breaking it.
  • Wash the pears that are soft, remove the center with a discourager, and cut into 1 cm slices, then split into squares, leave at the end to avoid oxidizing.
  • In a Braun type hand processor, put the oil, the balsamic and the sugar and process until integrating. It has a cajeta tone with a bittersweet flavor.
