  • 5 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Salsa Huichol® Habanero hot sauce
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons salt, 2 for the salmon, 1 for the avocado cream.
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 5 sprigs fresh cilantro, for decoration
