40 grams olives
1 tablespoon capers
2 artichoke hearts
20 grams anchovy

In a bowl, mix the previously cooked rice, chopped tomatoes, and grated Manchego cheese.
Add the olives, capers, and artichoke hearts and mix well.
In a bamboo bowl, prepare the vinaigrette by adding anchovy fillets, half a cup of olive oil, and the liquid seasoning.
If desired, you can add the juice of one lemon to the vinaigrette, which gives it a special touch.
Serve the vinaigrette to pour over the rice with cheese.
