Egg Salad

  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs, cooked
  • 2 cucumbers, grated

  • mayonnaise, Japanese

  • Mash the potatoes together with the eggs to form a puree.
  • Cut the apples into small cubes.
  • In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes and eggs, apple, and cucumber.
  • Add mayonnaise and salt to taste
