Ingredients

1 portion
  • 3 potatoes, cooked
  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs, cooked
  • 2 cucumbers, grated
  • to taste salt
  • to taste mayonnaise, japanese

Preparation

Crush the potatoes together with the eggs and form a puree.
Cut the apples into small squares.
Add the mashed potato and egg, the apple and the cucumber in a bowl.
Add the mayonnaise and salt to taste
Refrigerate 15 minutes and go.

PRESENTATION

Serve with chicken or ground beef croquettes.
