1 tomato , peeled and pitted
3 tablespoons tomato paste, without salt
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, sliced very thin
1/4 cups olive oil
1/2 kilos eggplant, cut into 2 cm cubes
1/4 teaspoons pepper
