1/2 cups nut , chopped
1/2 cups gorgonzola cheese
1 can heart of palm
1/4 cups olive oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
pepper , to taste

Clean the endives with cold water and dry them well.
In a deep bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper until the salt is well dissolved.
Add the mustard and honey and mix well. Finally, add the olive oil and you have the vinaigrette for your salad.
In a large bowl, combine the endives, chopped walnuts, cheese, and hearts of palm. Add the vinaigrette and mix well.
