Endive Salad with Gorgonzola Cheese

An elegant and original salad. You can use it for a dinner or formal event.

  • 10 endives
  • 1/2 cups nut , chopped
  • 1/2 cups gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 can heart of palm
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • pepper , to taste

  • Clean the endives with cold water and dry them well.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper until the salt is well dissolved.
  • Add the mustard and honey and mix well. Finally, add the olive oil and you have the vinaigrette for your salad.
  • In a large bowl, combine the endives, chopped walnuts, cheese, and hearts of palm. Add the vinaigrette and mix well.
