Ingredients

4 portions
  • 10 endive
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/2 cups gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 can palmetto
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Clean the endives with cold water and dry well.
In a deep bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the salt and pepper until the salt is well dissolved.
Add the mustard and honey and incorporate well. Finally add the olive oil and you have the vinaigrette for your salad.
In a large bowl, mix the endives, the chopped nuts, the cheese and the palm hearts. Add the vinaigrette and mix well.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad on a long platter and decorate with a little bit of nuts and cheese.

TIPS

If you do not have endives, you can use other lettuces.
