A salad full of fiber to give teenagers a healthy lunch.

  • 1 pineapple, big (pineapple-honey, if they find)
  • 1 jicama, large (500 grams)
  • 2 cucumbers, medium

  • Peel the pineapple, remove the heart and split it into squares.
  • Peel the jicama and cut it into square pieces.
  • The cucumbers are left with a peel but the seeds are removed and they are also split into small pieces.
  • Everything is stirred and ready.
