1 jicama, large (500 grams)
2 cucumbers, medium

Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut it into cubes.
Peel the jicama and cut it into small square pieces.
Leave the cucumbers with the skin but remove the seeds and also cut them into small square pieces.
Mix everything together and it's ready.
