  • 1 pineapple, large (honey-pineapple, if found)
  • 1 jicama, large (500 grams)
  • 2 cucumbers, medium

  • Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut it into cubes.
  • Peel the jicama and cut it into small square pieces.
  • Leave the cucumbers with the skin but remove the seeds and also cut them into small square pieces.
  • Mix everything together and it's ready.
