A salad full of fiber to give teenagers a healthy lunch.

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 1 pineapple big (pineapple-honey, if they find)
  • 1 jicama large (500 grams)
  • 2 cucumbers medium

    Preparation

    Peel the pineapple, remove the heart and split it into squares.
    Peel the jicama and cut it into square pieces.
    The cucumbers are left with a peel but the seeds are removed and they are also split into small pieces.
    Everything is stirred and ready.

    PRESENTATION

    It is served with chicken or fish or you can eat it alone. I put chile tajín powder and lemon.

    TIPS

    If they put it in the refrigerator and they serve it cold, it's the perfect salad on a hot day.
