Refreshing salad with various fruits, goat cheese, and crunch.

  • 1 lettuce
  • 6 chives
  • 150 grams cranberries
  • 2 apples, chopped acidic fruits
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 100 grams soybean

  • Wash the lettuces, soybean sprouts, and arugula well.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mustard, oil, vinegar, and finely chopped green onion.
  • Place the lettuce, arugula, soybean sprouts, chopped apple, and blueberries in a large bowl.
  • At the moment of serving, add the dressing and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
