Delicious salad made with strawberries, cucumber, carrot, tasty FUD® Reduced Fat Panela Cheese, and Roasted Chicken Breast®. Accompanied by a sweet and flavorful balsamic vinaigrette. Delicious and easy to prepare!
400 tablespoons Fud® low fat panela cheese, cut into medium sticks
1 avocado, cut into wedges
2 cups mixed lettuce
1 cucumber, cut into slices and roll them up
2 carrots, grated
1 cup strawberries, cut in half
10 slices Fud® roasted chicken breast, cut into strips

For the vinaigrette, heat balsamic vinegar in a small pot over medium heat, add sugar, garlic, thyme, and cook until reduced by half. Set aside the vinaigrette.
Heat a grill pan over high heat and grill the avocado and FUD® Reduced Fat Panela Cheese until you get the classic grill marks. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the lettuces, cucumber, carrots, and strawberries.
Serve on a plate and add the grilled avocado and FUD® Roasted Chicken Breast.
Accompany with the vinaigrette.
