Ingredients: 1 cup balsamic vinegar; 1/2 cups sugar; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 tablespoons thyme; 400 tablespoons Fud® low fat panela cheese, cut into medium sticks; 1 avocado, cut into wedges; 2 cups mixed lettuce; 1 cucumber, cut into slices and roll them up; 2 carrots, grated; 1 cup strawberries, cut in half; 10 slices Fud® roasted chicken breast, cut into strips

For the vinaigrette, heat balsamic vinegar in a small pot over medium heat, add sugar, garlic, thyme, and cook until reduced by half. Set aside the vinaigrette. Heat a grill pan over high heat and grill the avocado and FUD® Reduced Fat Panela Cheese until you get the classic grill marks. Set aside.
