  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, to marinate the shrimp
  • 2 cups pink shrimp, to marinate the shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, to marinate the shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, to marinate the shrimp
  • salt, to marinate the shrimp
  • pepper, to marinate the shrimp
  • 1/2 cups bacon, fried, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups mango, in small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup McCormick® Mayonnaise Dressing with Habanero
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cups red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups jicama, in small cubes
  • radish, for decoration
  • arugula, for decoration
  • pita bread, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the orange juice, the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Set aside.
  • Combine the McCormick® Habanero Mayonnaise Dressing, fried bacon, mango, cilantro, and green onion in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Place the shrimp, cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, jicama, and the previous preparation in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Serve the fresh shrimp salad on a plate with a bed of radishes, decorate with arugula, and serve with pita bread.
