Fresh tuna salad with soy sauce

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the pore into very thin slices and spread them on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
  • Mix tuna, soy, lemon juice and onion stems in a bowl; increase the flavor with a touch of ground black pepper.
  • Stir and reserve in your refrigerator for a few minutes.
  • Place a medium metal arille (8cm) in the center of a plate and fill the base with a spoonful of the cubed avocado.
  • Form a second layer with the tuna without the liquids and crown with the pore.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the portions.
  • It serves.
