Fresh Tuna Salad with Soy Sauce

  • 120 grams fresh tuna loin, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce, low sodium
  • 5 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, stalk, chopped
  • few ground black pepper
  • 1 Avocados from México, in small cubes

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Slice the leek very thinly and spread it on a baking tray.
  • Spray with cooking oil and bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • In a bowl, mix the tuna, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chopped green onion; enhance the flavor with a dash of ground black pepper.
  • Stir and set aside in your refrigerator for a few minutes.
  • Place a medium metal ring (8cm) in the center of a plate and fill the base with a tablespoon of the avocado in cubes.
  • Form a second layer with the tuna without the liquids and top with the leek.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining portions.
  • Serve.
