Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 leek, boy
  • cooking spray oils
  • 120 grams fresh tuna, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce, low sodium
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cambray onion, stem, chopped
  • few ground black pepper
  • 1 Avocado from Mexico, in small cubes

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the pore into very thin slices and spread them on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
Mix tuna, soy, lemon juice and onion stems in a bowl; increase the flavor with a touch of ground black pepper.

Muy rica. La he hecho más de una vez y cada vez le agrego algo y claro queda deliciosa hoy le agregué cilantro un poco picado muy fino otras veces le agrego un poco de jengibre claro sin cilantro. Solo la receta original
