4 portions
  • 1 leek, boy
  • cooking spray oils
  • 120 grams fresh tuna, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce, low sodium
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cambray onion, stem, chopped
  • few ground black pepper
  • 1 Avocado from Mexico, in small cubes

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the pore into very thin slices and spread them on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
Mix tuna, soy, lemon juice and onion stems in a bowl; increase the flavor with a touch of ground black pepper.
Stir and reserve in your refrigerator for a few minutes.
Place a medium metal arille (8cm) in the center of a plate and fill the base with a spoonful of the cubed avocado.
Form a second layer with the tuna without the liquids and crown with the pore.
Repeat the process with the rest of the portions.
