2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons pomegranate, seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
2 apples, pitted and cubed
50 grams spinach, chopped
1 artichoke heart, sliced
1/3 cups walnuts, chopped, toasted
50 grams blue cheese, crumbled

Mix the syrup with the red wine vinegar, pomegranate seeds, honey, salt, and pepper, whisking well, and then slowly add the olive oil.
Combine the apples, spinach, lettuce, walnuts, and cheese in a large bowl.
Serve with the dressing on the side.
