The ideal season to enjoy the pomegranate is from mid-September until well into the autumn. This is a great recipe to enjoy all its flavor and vibrant color.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of pomegranate syrup
  • 4 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
  • 5 spoonfuls of pomegranate grain
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1/4 of Cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 apples without heart and in cubes
  • 50 grams of spinach chopped
  • 1 artichoke heart sliced
  • 1/3 of Cup of nut chopped, toasted
  • 50 grams of blue cheese fallen apart

    Preparation

    Mix the syrup with the red wine vinegar, the pomegranate grains, the honey, the salt and the pepper beat well and add the olive oil little by little.
    Mix the apples, spinach, lettuce, nuts and cheese in a large bowl.
    Serves accompanied by dressing.
