Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons pomegranate, grain
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 apples, without heart and in cubes
  • 50 grams spinach, chopped
  • 1 artichoke heart, sliced
  • 1/3 cups walnut, chopped, toasted
  • 50 grams blue cheese, fallen apart

Preparation

Mix the syrup with the red wine vinegar, the pomegranate grains, the honey, the salt and the pepper beat well and add the olive oil little by little.
Mix the apples, spinach, lettuce, nuts and cheese in a large bowl.
Serves accompanied by dressing.
