Apple, Pineapple, and Carrot Salad

This recipe is very delicious; personally, I love it. In my house, it is only prepared at Christmas or New Year, but why not make it any day of the year if it’s delicious? Give it a try.

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can table cream
  • 1 can canned pineapple, in pieces
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 5 apples

  • In a glass bowl, pour the syrup from the pineapples, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and half cream.
  • Wash, peel, and grate the carrots. If you couldn’t find pineapple chunks, cut the slices into small triangles.
  • Chop the walnut roughly.
  • Wash and cut the apple into small cubes.
  • Combine all the ingredients in the bowl, mix well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
