This recipe is very tasty, and I personally love it. In my house it is only prepared during Christmas or New Year, but why not prepare it any other day of the year if it is delicious? Just try it.

Preparation
In a glass bowl pour the pineapple syrup, condensed milk, evaporated milk and double cream.
Wash, peel and grate the carrots. If you did not get pineapple in pieces, cut the slices into small triangles.
Chop the nuts roughly.
Wash and cut the apple into small squares.
Add all the ingredients to the bowl, mix well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
