2 cups Eva® lettuce, chopped
1 cup arugula, chopped
1 cup green apple, cut into thin slices
1/4 cups chickpeas, toasted
1/4 cups walnuts, toast
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cups strawberries
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
3 tablespoons vinegar, raspberry

In a bowl, add the lettuce, arugula, green apple, chickpeas, and walnuts. Mix very well. Set aside.
Add olive oil, strawberry, salt, pepper, and raspberry vinegar to the blender. Blend very well.
Serve the salad on a plate and add the strawberry vinaigrette to dress it.
Enjoy.
