Easy and exquisite spinach salad with a sweet touch of pears and honey dressing. Ideal for kids' lunch or as a snack for the office, as it is a balanced dish that combines different food groups that will take you.
Wash and disinfect the spinach thoroughly with drops of bleach or iodine (follow the instructions of the product you purchased).
While waiting for the spinach to be disinfected, place the olive oil with honey and mint in a medium container with a lid. Mix well.
Cut the pears, immediately place them in the previous mixture (making sure the pears are well coated), and cover the container to prevent them from turning brown. Let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the peanuts and blueberries roughly. Set aside.
Place the grill or a skillet over high heat and grill the previously marinated pears (they will take on a golden color). Once grilled, return them to the container with the rest of the mixture and set aside.
Drain and roughly tear the spinach with your hands.
