Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 2 pears, preferably not very mature
  • 50 grams peanut, natural
  • 50 grams cranberry
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey
  • 2 pinches Mint leaf, dehydrated
  • crackers, To accompany

Preparation

Wash perfectly and disinfect the spinach with drops of chlorine or iodine (follow the instructions of the product you have purchased).
While waiting for the spinach to be disinfected, place the olive oil with the honey and mint in a medium sized container with a lid. Mix perfectly.
Cut the pears, place them immediately in the previous mixture (making sure that the pears are covered perfectly with the mixture) and cover the container to prevent them from turning black. Let them stand for 5 to 10 min.
Meanwhile, cut the peanuts and cranberries roughly. Reservation.
Place the grill or a pan over high heat and roast the pears previously marinated (they will take a golden color). Once roasted, return them to the container with the rest of the mixture and reserve.
Drain and roughly cut spinach with your hands.

PRESENTATION

In a platter or container (where it will be presented) place a bed of spinach, spread the peanuts and cranberries and distribute the pears in a fan shape. Finally pour the remaining mixture in the container and accompany with cookies

TIPS

You can add cubed pineapple to the salad. Marínala in the mixture and pass them along with the pears.
