1/2 cups pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
6 figs, fresh and ripe
200 grams serrano ham
1/4 cups olive oil
1/4 cups balsamic vinegar reduction
250 grams lettuce
Preparation

Wash and disinfect the figs and cut them into quarters.
Wash and disinfect the lettuce.
Mix the lettuce with the figs (reserving some for decoration).
Decorate with the serrano ham by making rolls, the parmesan cheese in slices, and the pine nuts.
Use olive oil and balsamic vinegar reduction as dressing.
