Fig and Serrano Ham Salad

The fig and serrano ham salad tastes delicious. You can prepare it one day with guests to impress them.

  • 1/2 cups pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 figs, fresh and ripe
  • 200 grams serrano ham
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar reduction
  • 250 grams lettuce

  • Wash and disinfect the figs and cut them into quarters.
  • Wash and disinfect the lettuce.
  • Mix the lettuce with the figs (reserving some for decoration).
  • Decorate with the serrano ham by making rolls, the parmesan cheese in slices, and the pine nuts.
  • Use olive oil and balsamic vinegar reduction as dressing.
