Fresh Citrus Salad

Delicious fresh citrus salad to enjoy during the hot season.

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 black olives
  • coarse salt
  • basil

  • Cut the oranges and grapefruits into supremes. Slice the red onion thinly in julienne. Halve the olives vertically.
  • Arrange the segments on each plate, alternating orange and grapefruit, add the onion on top and the olives. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil.
  • Add a few basil leaves and a pinch of salt. Done!
