Delicious fresh citrus salad to enjoy during the hot season.

2 grapefruit
1/4 red onions
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
10 black olives
coarse salt
basil

Cut the oranges and grapefruits into supremes. Slice the red onion thinly in julienne. Halve the olives vertically.
Arrange the segments on each plate, alternating orange and grapefruit, add the onion on top and the olives. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil.
Add a few basil leaves and a pinch of salt. Done!
