Preparation
Cut the oranges and grapefruits in supreme. Julienne cut the red onion thin enough. Cut the olives in half vertically.
Arrange the segments on each plate, alternating orange and grapefruit, add the onion on top and the olives. Add a few drops of the vinegar, the olive oil.
Add some basil leaves, a pinch of salt. Ready!
