Fruit Cocktail with Wine

This delicious mixed fruit cocktail with wine is a very simple recipe to make but with a unique delicious flavor that you and your family will love without a doubt.

  • 1 red apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 orange
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 12 guindilla peppers, red
  • 1/2 cups red wine
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar

  • Let's start by cutting the celery stalk into six parts and letting them soak in our red wine for a few minutes while we chop our fruits except for the cherries. (The cherries are left whole)
  • We remove the celery pieces from the wine. Once we have our chopped fruit, we add it to the wine for 15 minutes along with half a cup of sugar.
  • After those minutes, we can leave all the wine or remove a quarter of the liquid.
  • Keep at room temperature until the time you wish to serve.
